as well as a department specialized in the design and manufacturing of custom equipment, capable of meeting the most specific needs.
The combination of extensive experience and great versatility allows the company to successfully tackle and solve a wide range of challenges,
ensuring precise and innovative solutions for every type of processing.
Since 1993, CO.ME.R. has become a point of reference in the high-precision mechanical machining sector,
thanks to continuous innovation and the evolution of its technologies.
From the very beginning, the company has invested in high-quality machinery, and over the years, traditional machine tools have been gradually
replaced by modern high-speed machining centers, allowing for greater efficiency and precision in processing.
This technological transformation has also led to a significant shift in the company's core business, moving from the production of individual,
custom-made parts to mass and large-scale production, meeting the needs of customers with large-scale production requirements.
Currently, CO.ME.R.'s production department consists of 15 machining centers, both horizontal and vertical,
all of the latest generation and equipped with advanced 4 and 5-axis technologies,
capable of ensuring extremely high precision machining on a wide range of materials and complex geometries.
Furthermore, the company has integrated a robotic island into its production process, specifically designed for managing large-scale machining,
thus optimizing production times and further increasing production capacity.
